My bagel was burnt and my egg was still frozen in the center and My hashbrowns were ice cold. I can’t even eat it. So there’s a waste of money. I know they keep their food in trays and they heat stuff in bulk, but they need to be checking the temp of those things because this happens way too often.

Instead of turning it off online they just leave it and screw people over. Their costumer service process also sucks to get a refund and because I used point that were going to expire soon I'll now Ill lose my points since they'll be expired by the time someone will reach out to me again in two days. They also close their lobby at 1 pm so you cannot go inside and see what they have left. I stopped coming to Dunkin for a bit and decided to give it a try since I had some points accumulated and now both times I've come I've not gotten my donuts and my orders were made wrong (to much cream, put cream cheese on my bagel when I asked for it to be left off) I remember why I stopped going to Dunkin.
- IIIzzeyJul 6, 20265.0I heard bad things about this location, like mice, mean employees, etc., and I have been a regular here for YEARS. They recently got a new manager and the place really started to shape up. I’ve even talked with the employees here, one of them I actually befriended who is the new manager, Savannah, who is AMAZING, and she mentioned that since she got promoted to the General Manager that the place has really shaped up. She advised me to stay away from the gas station, where the mice accusations came from in the first place, and she regularly gets her portion of the building checked and there are no mice anywhere. As for accuracy of order and wait times, they are severely understaffed unfortunately. If you are in a rush do NOT come through the drive thru or inside. I am sorry but if you’re running late that’s not on them. They have been hiring new people who are still learning so order accuracy might not be quite there yet but they’re trying! I very much hope that you guys come try this Dunkin’, where there are so many friendly people!
- GMGina MooreJun 30, 20261.0I stopped a got two Boston crème donuts this morning and they were horrible. I ended up throwing the second one away. The donut was dry and the frost was drippy. There is no way it was made fresh today. I’ve gotten fresher donuts in the day-old dept. at Walmart.
