First time visiting at this particular DQ. I'm used to the one in Pella, Iowa. Moved to Newton in December. Finally giving this one a try. I got the Royal Brownie with fudge. It was good, however, I dont think it was mixed long enough. All the fudge was at the bottom. 😅 Still good & I'm sure I'll give them another try.

I come almost every morning and get greeted by a bright smile, the worker who I see the most, which I now know is named Ryan, is fantastic! Her charisma and spirit shows she’s working in the right type of business. She makes food fast and has good humor, I hope to see her every visit! She’s a sweet heart! I had to write a review just because of her!

Came thru to get a quart of Ice cream for my family. We went to eat it, taste just like spoil milk. I called and they told me to come back and get another quart of ice cream. No thank you!

Stopped by during a busy time, wasn’t expecting anything else since its a holiday, the line was all the day to the road. It went by super fast, when I got up to the window I expected adults but saw 3 young girls working there butts off, keep up the good work! the long haired girl at the window was also very sweet! My blizzard could’ve used more cookie dough but it’s not that big of a deal, looking forward to returning!

Having ice cream with my daughter when one of the workers comes out and starts smoking right next to us. Hard to enjoy ice cream while breathing in smoke.
