- VBVictoria Busch4 days ago1.0Girl working upfront was rude, and deceptive. Came in when it was “the slowest it’s been all day” according to her. I went to go buy something from the prize machines, only to have gotten scammed when nothing came out after I put in 50¢. I then walked up to the front desk to ask the girl if their machines were out of order, and she completely ignored my presence and shouted over to the people behind me “CAN I HELP YOU?!” when I was first in line. This happened again, until she finally acknowledged that I was there. I asked her if their machines were working and she rudely said “Nope!”. Like okay if you knew they were not working in advance you could have put a sign?!? Like that is upfront just scamming. Also let me be clear that I don’t care about the money, it’s the principle of deception that I don’t like. Like you could have atleast unlocked the box and grabbed a prize out for me since I paid for it. Especially since it was “so slow”. Wish I caught her name so I could’ve called her out. Everything else was fine though.
