  They said they closed at 10 but it says 12 on the door the workers just sat there and looked at us through the door and thought it was funny We called and asked and the lady working was extremely rude. Very disappointing

  Third time an order has been canceled. First time I NEVER received a refund like I was told I would, when I complained someone from the store emailed me saying they would like to give me a gift card for compensation then I was NEVER given the gift card. The second time it happened it was with my roomates and still no refund. Today I placed my order at 3:40am. Got off late and just wanted a burger. I showed up at 4:02am and they said they canceled my order since breakfast starts at 4am. That I would be given a refund. No apology, did not try to compensate me or offer any alternatives. I asked about my points returning to my account since I used rewards for a fry and they said "I dont know". Never in my life have I ever called a corporate number since I also worked my fair share of fast food but I will today. We always tried to make sure the customer left happy and this place just cant fathom that concept and its ridiculous.

  Love that the door says the lobby is open until midnight, but in fact they lock the doors at 10pm! Be better and update your hours so people dont drive out of there way to be turned away!

  The employee were really mean to us. We just wanted some help, but they’re really mean and disrespectful to us. and the food was cold the hamburger we got it was really dry and they just gave us one sauce like nothing else and the sandwich also was really style. I’m just thinking your horrible job at this job.

  I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years and I always get a vanilla cone. They were always a decent size, so I was shocked during my recent visit. I paid a little over $2 and was handed a cone that looked like a “baby cone.” When I asked if that was correct, both the employee and the manager told me they only do three swirls now. This was my first cone of the year, and the size change was very noticeable compared to what I’ve gotten here in the past. For the price, the portion felt extremely small. Considering this location’s ice cream machine is unavailable most of the time, it’s disappointing to see the quality and value go down. I can get a larger cone for the same price at other places. This experience really made me rethink coming here for ice cream.
