- SSShameka Smith1 day ago5.0A few days ago I placed an order with door dash for Arby’s . My food was picked up at 4:03 and arrived to me at 4:21 Everything in the bag was freezing cold . I contacted DoorDash and they offered me $3 of the $23 I had spent . I contacted Arby’s and they immediately jumped into action. (MINDY ALBERT wasn’t playing 🥹👏🏾 & she definitely will make something shake about her customers).. she called DoorDash had me on the line and she directly addressed the issue and made sure I was getting a refund and she offered to remake my food and have it delivered to me personally . I only made this post to say Thank you to the management at Arby’s thank you so much for seeing the issue , addressing it , and handling it with such urgency& care ! MUSCATINE STEPPING UP ⬆️❤️💯
