  While traveling, I ordered a pizza online from the Mt. Pleasant Pizza Hut. I was greeted when I arrived and the pizza was just coming out of the oven at the time I had requested. The restaurant and restroom was clean. Great experience as I was passing through that allowed me to get right back on the road after a quick stop. The pizza was very good as well!

  Got seated, took drink orders sat 15 minutes and never got drinks and didn't see waitress again Got up and left! 6/10 5:30pm

  Corporate should visit this facility as customers and see how patrons are treated. The food is good but the way that they treat people, they're going to be out of business. I have never had somebody come over and tell me that the dining room is now closed and I have to leave so I need to decide how many to go boxes I need. This was right after they served our food. It wouldn't have taken nearly as long if it didn't take her twenty minutes to enter one order into the cash register. I was already irritated because she tried to cut him off after drinking half a beer. He was in no way presenting as drunk. We were trying to order our food. I have been there several times at night because I work a lot and, pretty regularly have a negative experience with the staff. The food is good, but we've been driving to Burlington. Because the service is so bad. Do not go there unless your intend to be treated poorly.
