Went through the drive thru and placed a small order (1 kids meal, 1 snack wrap meal, additional nuggets) was told to pull over to the side and wait for my order. Sat there for 20 minutes before I finally went inside to see what was going on. After that I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged, spoke to an employee who said they would check on my order but didn't return until 5 minutes later when they handed me my order. I was never given a reason as to why my (and at least a dozen other people's) orders were taking so long. Get back to the car to find that the fries are cold and I missing my extra order of nuggets. At this point I had been there at least 30 minutes and wasn't going to bother going back in. Worst McDonald's experience in my entire life.
Whoever was working the second window at around 11:30 am on Tuesday, June 23 needs to be reprimanded or find a new line of work. We were simply checking our bag and the lady who had previously handed it to us opens the window and asks in the nastiest tone “are you lost?”. If you don’t have patience for people, maybe don’t work in customer service.

I couldn't tell you how the food is because after 20 minutes wait in line both in the in the restaurant on one trip through and on the way home 4 days later in the Drive-Thru I never was served. The service is so bad they can't move vehicles through the drive-thru or people through the lobby in order to get people served and on their way in a decent amount of time.

Waited 30 minutes for food, after 20 minutes we politely went up and asked if they had our order. All she said was “we cannot do the blue raspberry”. 10 minutes later still no food we ended up leaving and going across the road where we got our meals in less than five minutes. 30 minutes and still no food!

Absolutely horrible experience. I placed an online order, and not only did I never receive it, but the store never even confirmed that they received my order. I was left completely in the dark with no communication, no updates, and no effort from staff to help resolve the issue.
The restaurant itself was disgusting. The dining area was dirty, trash was everywhere, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. It looked like nobody cared about maintaining basic standards.
The customer service was just as bad as the condition of the store. Employees seemed uninterested in helping customers, and getting answers about my missing order was nearly impossible. It's unbelievable that a business can take a customer's money and then provide no food, no explanation, and no accountability.
This was one of the most frustrating fast-food experiences I've ever had. Between the missing order, terrible communication, filthy environment, and lack of customer service, this location has completely lost it allowing it to happen, I strongly recommend others think twice before ordering from here!👎
