  Literally the slowest moving McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. There’s no way I’ve been in this drive thru for nearly an hour with only 6 cars in line total… we know that food comes frozen- get it together. I sat at the order window for a good half hour before anyone even spoke to me. If I wasn’t cornered in, I would have left already. This is insane.

  I was in line for drive through for nearly 10 minutes during rush hour during lunch, which I get. The lady that took my money was fine. But when I got to the second window for my food, there wasn't a greeted and I saw people standing around in the kitchen. I ordered a Mcdouble & an iced coffee and was surprised when asked to pull up to wait for my order. I proceeded to wait 10 more minutes for my Mcdouble. I've been in rush for food before, but this was quite bad at a McDonald's. Not sure what took so long.

  Had a group of students want to stop. Most ordered ahead on the app prior to arriving. They were severely understaffed which led to a long wait, confused orders, and cold food. In short it was a mess. What was supposed to be a quick stop turned into an hour wait. The men’s restroom was a mess and a sign said not to use the sink because the drain pipe was broke. Whoever owns this franchise needs to make some serious improvements. We won’t stop here again.

  This McDonalds is the WORST McDonalds I've ever been too!! The staff ignore the front counter, the food is made sloppily, and some of them are just plain rude!! I mean, I've received burgers with the bun upside down or way off to the side and smashed. And there's been times I've stood waiting for someone for 10-15 minutes. Not to mention this place take FOREVER to get you your food. You could order a simple burger fries and drink and have to wait 30 minutes for it with almost no one in line!!!! FAST FOOD MY ASS!!!

  I ordered food when leaving the Walmart a few blocks away. after getting to the McDonalds and stating which curbside slot I was in. on the app. After waiting 20 minutes while I watched people arrive and leave I finally went in. ony to hear no good explanation on why there was such a wait. I asked for a manager who got me my food . in the meantime all the food I had bought at Walmart had gotten warm. They call this fast food. There should be no reason a customer has to wait over 10 minutes for their food let alone 20 and then have to go inside to just to get it when its a curbside pick up order.. if that's the case I would have went in to order rather than use the app. I will never go back to this location again. on top of it the manager kept my receipt so I couldn't fill out the online survey.
