    Ordered a classic roast beef sandwich, small mozzarella sticks, and a drink at the drive thru tonight. Had to ask for marinara sauce and I got a ham and Swiss sandwich instead of roast beef. Pay attention folks! When they had you your food don't pull away from the window until you check to make sure they gave you what you ordered. Come on Arby's do better!

    Had the elderly female employee on 05/13/2026 at a little after 8 p.m. come up while I was ordering my food and began to spout off about her political beliefs without anyone asking. Very unprofessional. The food tasted fine.
