  Bianca the area supervisor was chewing gum over everyone subs. I mean it's food service it's common sense but then again it is Mason City

  My grandson ordered food for me to pick up. This is not a usual thing for me at subway so I walked in and said I'm here for a pickup order. The employee very rudely said "it's over there" in a tone that said "you're an idiot for not knowing that". I responded that I had no way of knowing that and she could have been more kind and then she just refused to make any more eye contact with me. I felt bad for her co-worker who just looked embarrassed. Up your game..

  You get text and emails and you can go to Subway's web site and it will say $6.99 foot long but they won't honor at this store. It is sad Subway has franchises. Because the franchise that has the Clear Lake and Mason City stores loves the Subway name but doesn't want to offer what every other Subway offers a sub at 6.99 no they want tou to pay 13.99.

  Nice quick place. They were pretty busy but didn’t wait terrible long. The guy who made our sandwiches did a great job. They could have been a little more cheerful and friendly tho.
