  Fast friendly services. One star removed because the hamburgers were a little over cooked and so were the fries. The fries are perfect that way but not the hamburgers. One of the double hamburgers had ketchup smeared all over it. One of the spries had way to much co2 the other was fine.

  Consistent 1 hr+ drive thru waits, wrong orders on multiple occasions, and overall a bad experience.

  Terrible decision, terrible service, terrible customer service, terrible staff . Exactly 22 minutes for one breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee.. we watched, they catered to the drive thru and DoorDash orders before people who ordered in person or via kiosk … never again will I spend a penny at the Marshalltown Iowa location

  Brought my grandkids to get the special KPop Demon Hunters HUNTRIX Meal last night. I was ordering at the drive thru and the employee took my order and told me to wait a second. That second took 10 minutes that I had to ask if she was still there which she replied yes I’m just waiting for the manager. Waiting 10 minutes for the manager to come help her was completely unacceptable. Then I pay for the food and then given our drinks and told to pull up and wait. We sat in the van waiting for our food for 45 minutes. The kids opened their meal box and noticed they didn’t get the 2 special dipping sauces that come with their meal. My oldest granddaughter walked in and told them we ordered 5 meal boxes and none of them had the two sauces that come with their meal box. She said they looked at her like they didn’t know anything about the special sauces. Then she came out with two sets of the dipping sauces when we ordered 5 meal boxes so we should have gotten 3 more sets of dipping sauces. To spend over $60 and get this kind of service is completely upsetting. Trying to do something nice for my grandkids and it turning into a total nightmare.
