  There was eight employees the short time we were in there the place was filthy dirty. Every table was dirty. Nobody bothered to clean them still by the time we even left 30 minutes later.

  ⭐️ I stopped at this Jimmy John’s while exploring some of Iowa’s smaller towns, and unfortunately, it was one of the least welcoming experiences I have had. The staff, including an older lady and a younger employee working in the kitchen, came across as very unfriendly and uninterested in helping customers. There was little sign of basic courtesy, and the overall atmosphere felt cold and uncomfortable. I would like to believe it was simply a bad day rather than a reflection of the employees or the community. However, first impressions matter, especially for visitors who are new to the area. The experience left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed. This review is not just about the food or service at Jimmy John’s. For travelers passing through Marshalltown, interactions like these can shape their impression of the town as a whole. I hope the staff can improve their customer service and create a more welcoming environment for everyone.

  Nice and clean inside! It’s close enough that I can walk to it after school to have a good snack!

  Come here for lunch alot. Staff always seems to be having a good time and the place is clean. Food has always hit the spot. Every once in a while they run out of something but other then that small thing I love coming here!
