- JHJulie HylandSep 28, 20265.0Newly remodeled & pizza exactly as requested in our special instructions
- LHLara HartSep 25, 20265.0The employee at the front was very polite and even asked if we wanted to check to make sure our food order was accurate before we left. Cute box with everything and obviously food was yummy.
- JGJoe GiffordSep 22, 20261.0I ordered 3 pizzas delivered online. They used door dash and the delivery guy didn't even ring my bell. By door was open and he put them in front of my storm door so I couldn't open it. Then was telling me he was taking a picture while I'm trying to get my pizzas. I have never had my pizza thrown on the ground. I called and the guy at pizza hut said he would credit me back 20 dollars. I called to make sure they had my order number and the story then becomes she will credit 20 on my next order. Not ok with me and I told her this. But she didn't seem to care. I've ordered a LOT of pizzas from this location. I guess I will look elsewhere. I have read the response from pizza hut. I would say if you really want to respond with other than lip service you would REFUND the 20 off my order not store credit off next order. As it stands I ordered online paid a delivery fee and added my tip. I didn't hire door dash you did, so I don't have any way to resolve this with them by the way he LIED and reported that he " handed" the pizzas to me. This adds insult to injury. Kindly process the originally stated refund which would cover the delivery and tip. THAT would restore your standing with me in handling business properly. Mistakes or other things happen. I always give opportunities to Make it right. The choice is yours.
