Me personally they forgot my pickle the best part of my order and it made me very upset. They also forgot my coachs straw for her drink so she couldn't even drink it. My overall exsperience at this ppace was horrible.

When we arrived we ordered and purchased drinks and sandwiches. When we walked over to the ice machine for beverages we couldn’t get any ice from the machine. When we asked about it they said we don’t have any ice, ONLY AFTER WE PURCHASED OUR DRINKS! They had no bagged or cooler filled with ice to provide customers with a cold drink! What a terrible lack of common sense and common courtesy in customer service! Especially for the price of a drink! No mention of being out of ice verbally or signs posted anywhere regarding the ice. Even worse we had to drink warm soda with our meal.
- RRRobynAug 4, 20261.0I haven't been wanting to order from this location after a few times because I felt like my order has been put on the little Jimmy breads when I ordered a full sized Jimmy. My vehicle is broke down so its convenient for me to order delivery and I was hoping I was mistaken. I ordered my food earlier this week and everything was normal until tonight when I order my food and it got delivered and it again was a little jimmy with less meat than the one I had previously this week. I feel like this happens depending on the time frame when I order because the one I ordered previously was around lunch time was perfectly fine and the others have been around dinner times have been the smaller sandwiches.
