  I had a very disappointing experience at Arby’s. The cashier was rude and looked like she didn’t want to take my order the moment I said I was paying with cash. Then, while I was ordering, the cook said, “Bro, that’s enough, you’re fat enough. Just get a salad from Love’s. We’re really not trying to work, we’re tired.” I was extremely uncomfortable and disappointed by the way I was treated. Customers should be treated with basic respect, regardless of how they choose to pay or what they order. I hope management addresses this because this was not the kind of experience I expected at Arby’s.

  This location gets my order wrong roughly 50% of the time. Simple stuff too. How are you guys getting one item orders wrong this consistently?

  I've always had good food at this location and the service in order taking has always been accurate as well.

  I always ask for arbys sauce in drive through and im never given arbys sauce. She even asked me twice about the sauces and confirmed twice I wanted arbys sauce. Smh. Im so tired of getting down the road and seeing theres no arbys sauce and I dont care enough to go back and yell at them to give me my sauce. If you arent gonna give me sauce stop asking me what sauce I want. Useless employees!
