  I come here twice a week to get apple pies for my client. They have me waiting 20 minutes or longer. Came through drive thru at 10:47 a.m. still sitting here at 11:09. Normally they tell me it will 13 minutes. Employee was so rude when I asked her why it took longer.

  Food was made incorrectly on 2 out of 3 orders Four letter F words were frequently heard. We were sitting in the front of the store and the f words were coming from the middle to the back of the kitchen. The manager was spoke to the two offenders but was clearly overwhelmed. I called back Monday to speak to a GM. She was off. The person taking the message couldn’t be any less interested. The cost of food is rising and the quality of service is going down hill with no accountability. Sad.

  The lady at the register that took our order was very professional and did a great job! Our food was hot and exactly as ordered and we received it very quickly!

  Food was hard. Fries weren’t fresh. Didn’t eat hardly any of it cause it was gross. Would’ve had better luck with gas station food
