  All tables are dirty and the floor is covered in food. Asked for help and the employees just stood in the back talking. All the fountain drinks were watered down and nasty.

  Didn't get half my order, and parts of it were smashed and cold. How in the actual hell is this place still operating.

  Construction in lobby, no signs, etc. No personal touch at all, other than when they call your name for order. No one at counter, no one to help you, no one asking how's your meal.

  I wouldn’t come here every single time I’ve come in the last 6 months they have forgotten something, messed up something, or gave us stuff we didn’t want. save your money and go somewhere else unless you want to spin the slot machine of getting what you actually paid for

  Each year I review this same Taco Bell to see if it’s improved. The last 2 years it has gone downhill to a degree that should be impossible. The nicest thing about this place is the rust on the exterior of the building. The interior is disgusting, the staff is horrible, and the inability to keep product stocked is pathetic. Keokuk used to have the best fast food restaurants in the area but Taco Bell had lead the charge in making sure that wasn’t something to be maintained. Worst Taco Bell I have been to and I hope the owner shuts it down.
