  Definitely needs lots of help in there! Bless their souls, cuz they need it! Just when you thought you've been to a horrible sonic, here I am.... again. Without knowing, hearing or seeing, what's going on inside 🤔 I can't tell you the underlying problem. But what you'll have to endure here, extremely long wait with only 3 other cars besides my own, 2 in drive thru, me and another in a stall next to each other... like Excessively! Like take one order, cook it and then can then it and hand food out....ok, now I'll take care of the next, all while taking 20 mins an order... I placed a mobile order and over an hour later....I'm still waiting!!!

  Waited 20 minutes for my food I drive home, 20 minutes away and 2 orders of chili cheese tots are missing. They made sure the person who picked up the online order had their gigantic bag of food before we were even given drinks. Just an all around waste of time honestly.

  Service very slow. And it didn't look busy at all. And I was just hoping to get my stuff and get going because I had to get to work. And I had a employee say to me that we don't sell those in combos. Yes ya do I just ordered it like two days ago.

  came in at 9:30pm to get ice cream, they said they weren’t doing ice cream but proceeded to walk out with ice cream literally 5 minutes later, and then again 15 minutes later.

  If I could give negative stars I would. But in order to leave a review I had to give some sort of rating..... let's start by saying we stopped to grab dinner quick on our way through town. As soon as they answered the speaker to take our order she started rattling items off that they were out of.... ice being one of those items. We said okay, drinks should be somewhat cold coming out of the fountain machine....we wait about 15 minutes and they come out with our food. The moment I grab our drink cups you can feel how warm they are. Food was warm. We stopped up the road at the gas station for ice for our drinks, but as soon as I pulled the lid off my cup all I could smell was mold and there was little black specks floating in my drink. (I got a large ocean water, so you can definitely see the specks.) My husband's drink smelled moldy as well. Now onto the food, his fries were so salty he couldn't stomach them (salt was literally falling off). My tots were not cooked fully. And both of our burgers tasted like rotten meat. Spit them right out. Absolutely the WORST sonic ive ever been to. So if you dont already know better, DO NOT GO TO THIS SONIC! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.
