A huge shout out to Megan and Noah—their customer service was top-notch. They were both friendly, funny and made sure our order was prepared fresh and lightning fast. It’s rare to see a team work so well together while keeping the restaurant so pristine. Highly recommend stopping by! Megan also recommended that I try the roast beef and cheddar sandwich. I have to say Megan has great taste in sandwiches 🥪

I call and they say they have added a credit to my account to make up for it. This was about two weeks ago. Go back today and no record of my refund or credit. I worked a 14 hour day that day and this was on the only meal i was able to get. Don’t eat too many places in Keokuk. Jimmy John’s is now on the do not eat list. Stole $12 of my money. Don’t eat there poor customer service and don’t care about the quality of food they send out

Luckily the workers are 50/50 admitting to their screw up and so you get to buy the items they didn't give you the first time again. Awesome for profit margin I bet
