I drove from the other side of town to get a corn dog and waited in line for 20 minutes and no one even said can i help you .This the second bad experience I have had there but I was willing to to give another chance
BUT I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

I hadn’t had Sonic in a couple years so I thought it would be good but , the Longer than expected wait for the drive thru and bad food ruined it all . Tots were cold and I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and got a double cheeseburger. It was so covered in mayo that it was all over everything. Good thing they gave me 2 napkins.

In the 30 minutes I spent in the drive through for mozzarella sticks I could have contacted a cattle farmer, made my own cheese and fried them myself. Service was incredibly slow. Will not be back.

Absolutely worst service I have ever experienced, ordered from the app, checked in at noble station to have the order brought out but no one ever came out, waited for over 30 minutes, watched several other car order and get food and leave, pulled into normal drive thru lane, had to wait another 25 minutes, 2 cars ahead- one in front of me got frustrated and left, got food, server asked me if I had drinks not looking at receipt, no straws or condiments given
Wow, we stopped after a day at Adventureland. We ordered for 4. Then we decided a couple of people wanted shakes, so we pushed the button again and ordered the shakes. Eventually the shakes came out, probably 10-15 minutes. We were talking about the day and looked at the time and it had been 45 minutes. I went up and knocked on the windows. I think it was the manager that told me that after the 2nd order with shakes, they canceled our order. She said she would put the order back in and it would be right out. In the mean time another family showed up and we're served about 10 minutes later. It had been over an hour, and we still didnt have our food, so we left. They need to fix this or just close this store.
