  Absolutely horrible restaurant and staff waited 25 mins for food and ice cream, got food and the ice cream wa completely melted asked if she could remake it she said that is not there fault its melted..... will never go here agian

  I strongly advise that you don’t eat here. The associate claimed that our card payment didn’t go through, then they took our cash and took forever to return with our change. The next day we saw that the credit card payment actually did go through! After trying to work with the manager and district manager over the next 2 days they were unable to resolve the issue. They offered us free meals but we were not interested in EVER returning there. The environment here is awful. The bathroom is disgusting and the food was pretty bad compared to any other Sonic I have ever been to. While we were struggling with our checkout we heard other patrons arguing with the staff about being charged multiple times and not being willing to pay cash. Something is very wrong at this location!

  I see you guys constantly talk about how a “good and clean sonic is what we strive for” but this location is still dirty as a forest floor. And all of the employees are so high everytime I come in to get something that it takes them over an hour to get me a single item. Definitely run some drug tests on those employees. Their eyes ain’t like that for nothing😂😂😂

  The absolute worst service and will never be going back to a sonic again. My wife calls me crying that she had spent money on a single burger and make it plain as well as other items, she was told that “they don’t make burgers plain” the lady then proceeded to tell my wife to go f**k herself and to go somewhere else if she wants food and called her a fat B***h as she was driving away. I will not be ever stopping at this location ever again especially until something is done with the horrible customer service
