  Food is all frozen crap and they still charge as if they make it fresh. A complete ripoff.

  Consistent quality food and atmosphere, healthier options, clean environment. Mattie was effervescent, smiling, friendly, professional, going from one task to another continuously (she not only took my order but in her rounds even cleaned my table as I was finishing up. Have my own business. Love to hire young people with her outgoing, bright, positive attitude.

  Coming into the Merle Hay Road Panera from out of town today. We were tired from our trip so we used the drive up window. Service seemed faster than usual but when we got home found my husband's sandwich missing. He called and was told he could drive up and pick it up, they do not refund the charged card. That would have been a 40 minute trip! This is the third time it has happened to us, the second time at this same Panera. The gal on the phone said something about an error message to excuse it and was not apologetic but had very matter of fact attitude. My husband was not angry, just hungry! The first time this happened at this place the manager promised to send a gift card in the mail but it never came. I do like the food here because I am allergic to preservatives and I feel like it is healthy. But there has to be a better system than this!!!!!

  i just want to thank whoever made my fuji apple chicken salad with romaine lettuce instead of the mixed greens on 2/5. panera has been my main craving this pregnancy, and i’ve had quite a few salads over the last 5 months, but this specific salad had an amazing proportion of toppings to lettuce. it really made a hard day better. if i could get this every day made by the same person, i would give this panera every dime i have.

  Huge Shoutout to Maddy and the catering crew! I was able supply and awesome spread for my office group of 12 with little to no time or effort from me. I emailed Maddy what we were looking for and she had a great menu within my budget put together in hours. Even delivered and set it up herself too. Panera catering will be a regular for our office moving forward. Thanks Maddy!
