  Since they changed the outside and management, the food has been complete trash. THEY CAN NOT MAKE A BEEFY 5 LAYER BURRITO CORRECTLY. One time I asked for a remake and the manager did it correctly. The other 4 times, there is literally not enough ingredients inside. The price has doubled and the food is less and worse. So much for 20 years of loyalty to one location. They fired all the workers who knew how to cook.

  Got 12 of the most pathetic tacos I've ever seen! Made by people that don't care! Shells were broke like someone stomped on them, only half of them had lettuce, 1 didn't have any meat! PATHETIC!

  If i could give it no stars I would, half my food never showed up and it was cold and the restaurant turned off its lights when they saw me coming at 6:30???

  Went th4rhe drive thru at about 130 am. There were 3 cars ahead of me. I placed my order and about 5 minutes later I got to the windows. I paid for my food and ended up waiting there for about 15 minutes to get my order. 6 tacos a burrito and a pizza with a drink. The guy handing out the food said Door dash orders get done first. If you can't handle Door dash and drive thru at the same time you should consider closing one or the other instead of making drive thru patrons wait a crazy amount of time. This is a horrible business practice. This has never been an issue at McDonalds and they are way busier.
