  Tammy and Lisa were exceptional. Lisa was very helpful and made our pizza. She was fantastic and very courteous. Lisa was exceptionally helpful and kind as well. Food and service was fantastic. This has always been my go to pizza ranch for many many years as well as when I was on the job. Shout out to Lisa and Tammy.

  There was a guy there that was taking pictures of me inappropriately. I was squatting down and he would tilt his phone upwards and every time he walked past me, he put his phone to his ear, but when I saw his phone, he wasn’t on a call. He also stood across from me on the other side of the fun zone and was tilting his phone upwards and every time I looked at him, he put his phone down quickly or shut it off quickly. I’m 16 and that is disgusting behavior. It doesn’t matter what clothes I’m wearing no matter what. I was wearing pants and a tank top. You need to do something about this!

  Pizza Ranch never misses. The food is always fresh, and the customer service is always excellent. We recently brought a group of more than 20 youth, and the staff did an amazing job accommodating our group, making us feel welcome, and ensuring everyone had a great experience. Serving a large group of young people isn’t always easy, but their team handled it with patience, professionalism, and great hospitality. We truly appreciated how well they took care of us and will definitely be back!

  We had out of town guests. Had to ask twice to get table wiped off. Only a couple pizzas out, was out of chicken, when we asked if they could fill it, was told it would be a few minutes. Then they brought out 6 pieces. Ran out again of course. Pizzas were never filled up. Manager didn't seem to care.

  Food was normal. Atmosphere -Rooms were super warm, uncomfortable making our family sweaty. Some family complained that the facilities were smelly as soon as walking into the door. Dishes weren't cleaned during party only after so I stacked some and brought out to the main area bus cart. Biggest complaint was I booked a party a month or so ago, called to verify our reservation yesterday and showed up today and it was as if we never gave a heads up. Party was set for 11:00 when they opened, party coordinator wasn't there and didn't seem to pass along any how-to info for the regular workers. They had to look up the package details, they had to find the decorations which we set up ourselves 20 min into our reservarion.The staff originally thought the arcade worker would be in at 12 and our reservation was to end at 12:30- a little concerning in the moment. They then came to say that worker wasn't coming in and the worker on site figured out themselves without being trained. Instead of each kid getting one with slotted amount they had to divide it amongst a ton of cards which wasn't fun with so many kids to keep track of. I have no complaints with the staff on site really but management/party planner could have handled this way better. Not worth the price paid.
