  They’re having an $8.99 special on a #1 meal. Got one at the North Dodge store a couple days prior with no issue. Ordered one at the downtown location today and was charged regular price. She told me the special was over. While waiting for my sandwich I pulled up the app, and there was the special right there in plain sight. When I showed it to her, she got a bitchy attitude and still wouldn’t honor it unless I “voided my order and got back in line.” Guess it’s hard to find pleasant and competent help these days. I’ll now wait for the auto-generated response to this negative review.

  Three stars because it's a Jimmy John's... not exactly gourmet eats regardless of location. I ordered 2 sandwiches and they got them out in a timely fashion. I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich for my kiddo and the employees remade it, no charge. By doing so they prevented a huge melt down. So for that reason, this Jimmy John's is ok in my book 👍
