I’ve been drinking Jamba Smoothies for over 20 years at this point, as I am from a large metropolitan area, so this was a daily go to. I have tried this location 3 times now, and all of my smoothies are watery in consistency, and not sweet at all. I’m not sure what they are doing different, but they certainly are not following the Jamba recipes or something. I had one recently in the airport in Las Vegas, and it tasted and was the consistency it was supposed to be. Same drink. So it’s certainly this location. The bagel sandwiches, however a really good on the Bruegger Bagel side of it. Most people who are from the area, if they don’t travel outside of it; they wouldn’t know that those smoothies are not being made correctly. I was excited to see that there was one closer to me. Unfortunately it just doesn’t cut it for me. The staff is always friendly, however. I wouldn’t say not try them. I would just say keep in the back of your mind when you have it that although this might be good for this area, it’s not the Jamba way.

I haven't had a Jamba in the 11 years that I left California, so imagine my surprise to find one on a doctor's appointment at U of I!!! I was so excited to have a real smoothie, something I had been missing for years...a Orange Dream Machine!! Although this is in a Brueggers bagels, they have the concept, sad that they don't have a true Jamba with all the offerings that a California Jamba has, they were still able to give me a small taste of home! If you're in Iowa City, try an Orange Dream Machine with or without a protein boost... it's yummy 😋

Please update your business hours on your Google page. Your page says you are open until 7:00 so we drove across town to find you close at 2:00.

Hours are wrong. Went at 230pm the other day, after looking up the hours online to find they close daily at 2. Looking at recent reviews shows this has been an ongoing problem for months without updating the hours online to match the location.
