- KRKeaton RatheAug 28, 20261.0I used to go to the chipotle in downtown IC and rarely had any issues there. When this closer chipotle opened I was excited. However, every time I’ve gone they’ve been out of something. On 3 occasions it was white rice, one time it was the physical bowls, and once the only protein left was chicken. I’ve also had a bad experience with the protein on many occasions. The chicken is often very chewy and low quality. The one redeeming quality is the staff are fairly friendly. I pretty much never write reviews, but the running out of options has become so consistent I had to. I’ll likely have to return to a different chipotle or start going to Panchero across the street.

The outside landscaping is ALL WEEDS! It looks awful!! They have someone mow but no one to take care of landscaping. You can't tell where the original plants are because the weeds have grown up around them. Almost makes the property look vacant.

- RLRicky LynkJul 9, 20262.0I have been here a good amount at this point, the staff doesn't seem welcoming unless someone higher up is there. Then today I went in about 3 hours before they closed. They didn't have white rice so I asked if they had any by chance. The guy in the back who was prepping food slammed something down, acted upset because I asked if there was white rice. Then after that I got about a half of a scoop of everything that I asked for from them.
