  I had ordered a cheese quesadilla online and forgot to mark the free guac on the app. I came back thinking they had forgotten to give it to me. The girl at the pickup window was so nice and had explained why it was not given to me for future orders. She gave me the guac anyway even though it was my mistake. I will gladly come back to this Chipotle solely for the great customer service.

  Been twice to the new Chipolte. Thought maybe my bad meal the first time was a fluke yet somehow the second time topped it. Twice I’ve gotten tiny proportions for a Chipolte meal, small scoops of protein, veggies somehow aren’t cut through so you end up with huge chunks of peppers and onions, watched the server scrape the bottom of the empty salsa pan for my meal to barely get a scoop of salsa and then follow up by doing the same for my wife’s after me instead of going to get a new one. Love Chipolte but if you’re looking for Chipolte standards I would avoid this location

  I had a bad experience at the new Chipotle Mexican Grill location. The customer service was poor, and the staff did not seem welcoming or professional. On top of that, the chips I received tasted stale and old, like they had been sitting out for a long time. After hearing about my husband’s rude interaction with the employee Zach and then having my own disappointing experience, it’s clear this location seriously needs improvement in both customer service and food quality. Very disappointing for a newly opened restaurant, and unfortunately we will not be returning.

  I recently visited the new Chipotle Mexican Grill location and had a very disappointing experience with the staff. I ordered two bowls and asked the employee, Zach, for extra vegetables, which are supposed to be free of charge. Instead of serving a reasonable extra portion, he was literally adding them piece by piece. When I politely asked why he was doing that, he responded rudely and said he had to “leave some for others.” I was not asking for the entire container — just extra vegetables on my bowl. The attitude and customer service were completely unacceptable and made the experience uncomfortable. Unfortunately, because of how rude and unprofessional the interaction was, I will not be returning.

  I order pickup from here occasionally and overall have had decent experiences, but there’s been a recurring issue that’s pretty frustrating. On two separate occasions, I ordered chips and guacamole and didn’t receive the chips. It’s a small thing, but since you usually don’t realize it until you get home, it ends up being pretty disappointing. At this point, it feels like the responsibility has shifted to me to double-check that everything is included before leaving, which isn’t ideal for a pickup order. It might help to have a better system or double-check process in place to make sure orders are complete. I’d love to keep coming back, but consistency here would make a big difference.
