  Omg I gave been waiting 43 minutes for a single bagel. They are pre-made. I am never coming here again. Clearly, they should have a practice where someone is dedicated to clearing out single bagel orders. Why am I waiting on breakfast sandwiches. Poor management. Scare away a lot of business. Never again. Don’t go to this bagel shop if you want a bagel.

  45 minutes for 2 bagels.. there were 5 people in front and everyone waited at least 20 mins for a bagel.

  Its the manager; she is just awesome. Good patio, wonderful service, great coffee.

  Everyone working was delightful and have wonderful energy, super quick getting my bagel out and guy at register was incredibly helpful!

  It will be nice if they actually open at 6 AM like they said, but the ordering machine is never ready and nobody’s ever actually ready for customers at the window at 6 AM. We have to literally call the store and get their attention.
