I was told immediately upon walking in that I should have used the catering site to order. I wondered aloud how I was supposed to know that. I was told bc he was telling me right now. And then I was handed a grocery bag of loose bagels. No brueggers branded boxes. Just a bag of bagels. Tough to imagine that this is the customer service standard at Brueggers.

I had gotten a Western Bagel a number of weeks ago and it didn’t have any bacon on it. I told the woman about this and she immediately said I’m sorry…. I can make you another one and give you a refund. She was so nice. I told her I didn’t need a refund, but a replacement sandwich would be great! She didn’t question me at all. It’s nice to see this when so often in today’s world you are questioned . I didn’t get her name, but I was there on Thursday, May 21st at 12:15. Kudos to her😊
