  Probably the worse Arby’s I’ve been at. The employe working the drive through was incredibly rude with everything. I Asked if the fry’s could be half and half and he just said “no” not I’m sorry we don’t do that just plan no. The one in Burlington does it and has a button on the system because it shows up on my receipt. The employee when I reach the window said he would mix them this time but they aren’t going to do it because inventory and it was too much to do it for everyone. I also got no receipt. Would do 0 stars if I could.

  We were at the University when we placed the order and had an emergency come up so it was about 45 minutes to an hour before we were able to pick it up I was handed a cold bag and told it had been made when we had ordered it. I had to drive all the way to Cedar Rapids with cold food that had been setting out by that time for over an hour and a half when I called the store and spoke with the store manager Sam, he sounded like he could care less. Absolutely the worst service I've ever ever gotten anywhere!! Way to serve possible salmonella poisoning and food poisoning

  I generally use the Drive-thru window @ this establishment. Their Drive-thru is excellent. Fast, Efficient & Accurate The crew, there, works hard for EVERY star!⭐ I usually order their shakes. If you like them THICK, Arby's CAN NOT be beat! I WILL order their white cheddar Mac n' Cheese, whenever possible, it's delicious! ⭐ And of course, my NEW favorite obsession... Their Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich is 💯% Awesome!!!!! ⭐

  A small small fry is smaller then the condiment packet and is $2.50.. 🤡😂 The chicken sandwich had a beautiful presentation 🤡🤡🤡🤡

  Arby's is a solid choice in Iowa City. Great menu variety and the flavors were spot on. The drinks were excellent and everything was reasonably priced. Would happily return and tell friends about it.
