  The employee who waited on me was rude, he told me that I was supposed to order back at the drive thru board when I told him that I had an online order and they did not give me a code to give them he asked my name and when I told him he told me my order was right here. I asked him how they knew my order if they couldn’t me. I told him to just cancel the order and he wouldn’t do it since he had the bags ready. He was very rude and treated me terribly like I was just a stupid woman. Then when I got home I was missing something from my order.

  went through the drive thru this evening and tried to order food but the kid on the headset was extremely rude when he didn't hear me. "Huh, you want a double beef and cheddar and what?(snotty attitude)" I had asked for curly fries and a large water. Normally if you're not understood the person asks nicely for you to repeat what you said. Disgusting service.

  I had to take someone for an appt in Iowa City so I decided to go to the closest fast food place according to google...which was Arby's. I heard they serve gyros so that was what I ordered.. when the 6th person to walk past me at the counter came over to take my order. She was not friendly..didn't smile at all. She placed my drink cup on the counter and placed my receipts farther down on the counter. I had seen the self serve beverage station on my way in to use the "restroom" so I went to get my drink. The ice dispensers did not work. I played with both.. not a piece of ice but lots of noise. Another customer spoke up and said they ran out and I could get ice at the counter. So I returned to the counter and the same girl was hovering there and asked if I wanted ice. Now why didn't she ask me that before? Sooooo she got me a halfful glass of ice and brought me my bagged order and I was on my way back to fill my beverage cup and leave back to my car. The gyro was very good but the curly fries were not fresh. They were barely warm.

  Went through the drive-through between 7 and 8 pm and the guy that was taking an order was very rude. He started yelling his questions over the intercom. After working in a long day, I decided to drive off and go somewhere else and not deal with a that type of person
