    Always has clean restrooms, great counter service and food always hot and yummy. Highly recommend it

    Listen...its Arby's. This one is in a truck stop, so its not gonna be fancy. Plenty of seating. Some of its food is good to ok. This particular branch has had issues with staff over the years. The drive thru hasn't always been open. For right now 3 stars is best I can give.

    I've gone to other Arby's and it was much better. This place the grease needed to be changed the curly fries were very dark. Also the ice cream machine was down once again!

    The location off Hwy 20 in Grundy Center exit 208 is filthy dirty. Food on the floor, no clean tables available and we had to wade thru water to get to the beverage machine on Monday 4/13/26
