  Ordered pizza this weekend.normally my orders are correct but today not so much, ordered stuffed crust, never got it. Ordered dipping sauce, never got it. Pizza was off, didn't even taste that great this time. Way too much crust, sauce and toppings weren't even pulled to the sides of the pizza,everything was to the middle, so a dry piece of tasteless cardboard.looks of pizza would suggest a person be trained?Paying over 50.00 dollars and not even getting order correct. Disappointing...

  So, there was a problem with the app and our order didn't go through. Called the store, they didn't get the order either but it charged our bank account - still working on getting a refund which is turning out to be a nightmare because no one seems to know what happened. However, and this is the ONLY reason they got five stars in service: Sapphire, whom I spoke with about all of this at the Grinnell store, went above and beyond to try and help me because their manager didn't prove helpful at all. Sapphire deserves to be recognized for outstanding customer service - thank you, Sapphire, for being the gem of this establishment!

  Could not have had worse service from this Pizza Hut. I placed an online order. Apparently, the order gets turned over to door dash to deliver it. The door dash delivery driver called me and said they didn't have an order for me and handed the phone to the Pizza Hut employees. They said they had not order. I said I had an email with an order number. She was actually foolish enough to say she couldn't do anything with an order number. She asked what I ordered, I told her, and she said, "found it." 5 minutes later Pizza Hut calls and say no stuff crushed, and no hand tossed, only pan. I said just refund my order. They said they don't do refunds. I said I'll turn it in for fraud then, and she said that's fine. May be the worst service I've ever had.

  Everything seemed kind of “sticky” and dirty. A couple wet cups were face down on the metal table serving as the self-service area. Seemed sketchy. The kicker: we were the first people in line in the late afternoon. Placed our order. A couple guys came in later and ordered. After several minutes I watched an employee give them our food. After realizing what had happened, I heard her tell another employee, “Oh well, can’t do anything about it now.” Later, the two guys also received their actual order. We still hadn’t received our pizza. (Weirdly enough, why did those guys eat something they didn’t order?) During this time no one addressed the situation with us. We eventually got our pizza. The only redeeming quality of this establishment was the friendly high school employee that was also working that day. Nonetheless, we will not eat there again.

  I absolutely cannot recommend going here. Food wasn't good and there were flys constantly bothering me.
