  After eating at TB all over the USA, this one doesn't make the top 50. The 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food came quickly. 1 item was missing the sour creme, I paid extra for. Ingredients didn't taste fresh, didn't taste very well. Meat tasted lil old and greasy. 11pm. I believe corporate should take a long look at this store. It is an eyesore to Grimes IA. An embarrassment to this town.

  Our family travels the country and never, have I ever had as bad of an experience as I did here at this particular Taco Bell. It started with the basic, I'm sorry we don't have that, then when I settled for what I got, I proceeded to the window, the kid drops the $50 bill into the wind, okay, accident? Suree.. Then I get my food, the Mexican Pizza is my absolute favorite menu item and I know it like the back of my hand and it tasted like salty garbage. Also the "chicken enchiladas fries" they gave me was just a pile of fries with some cheese on it, and definitely was not even remotely close worth being a $10 item.. I asked " Where's the chicken part?" Kid replies "that's how they are made." And I said "without chicken?". And he just shrugged his shoulders like he doesn't actually care. That being said, the Taco John's just a block down, has great tasting food and way better portions for the money. You should definitely go there instead.

  I love Taco Bell to death, however this location specifically has some of the most slippery floors ever. Although this may not seem like a problem to many people, it is to someone with grandparents who use crutches. They constantly lost balance and each time I was scared to death they’d fall.

  Didnt get chips at first thats fine, mistakes happen but didnt offer hot sauce or anything else for tacos shoved bag at us and closed window. Waited a few mins for him to come back finally got my chips and some hot sauce but literally paid $6.20 for 13 chips in 2 orders of chips and cheese. My chalupa was supposed to have no lettuce and tomatoes and had both. No point in coming here I paid 27 dollars to still be hungry.
