Lobby full of people waiting for food orders and orders go out the drive thru instead. Taco Bell employees turned up their music in the kitchen when lobby waiting customers are trying to get their attention for wrong orders, missing food, cups, etc. Definite lack of leadership and sense of customer service at this location. Very disappointing.

The Supreme luxe box is what brought me to taco bell and now that's it gone I'm gone. I found this out last night on a 11pm Taco Bell run went to place my order through the app and it wasn't there so I switched locations from the Grimes one to the Merle Hay and the Supreme luxe box was available.
