The guy from NLP-Grimes called and said he wasn’t busy so he could make it now and deliver it himself ahead of what DoorDash told me. I said that would be great I have som hungry kiddos. He delivers the pizzas and while I did select well done, these pies were black on the bottom and very dry. When I called them back, they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. I told the dude- you Lost a customer and I would put the word out. He hung up on me. I decided that I wasn’t going to make a big deal about because I am trying to get my life right and stop making impulsive decisions. That was two weeks ago, but today I received a text to review my recent order. So there you go, I ordered to this crust bacon cheeseburger pizzas well done and your people burned them and thought it was funny. I used to love mother. Lights and was so happy I didn’t have to drive to ankeny anymore to get pizza. You guys really dropped the ball. Sad Actually, to think I spend my money that I bust my ass for, to have your people laugh about what they did. You won’t be in business much longer if that’s how the manage your business. Honest review looking for nothing and wouldn’t take anything if offered because I wouldn’t trust it to be safe because of my review.
