- EPEmma PowellJun 6, 20265.0I'm giving 5 stars because I genuinely think this Chipotle is working incredibly hard. This location is right next to the Hy-Vee Multiplex, where there are constantly soccer, baseball, softball, and other sporting events happening all day long. When games end, you'll suddenly have dozens of hungry families showing up at once. It's not uncommon for parents to come in with 7–10 players at a time, and before you know it, the entire restaurant is packed. People get upset when they're out of certain items, but honestly, I feel bad for the employees. There can easily be 50+ people in line at once, all arriving after multiple games finish around the same time. They're essentially feeding entire villages of hungry athletes and families. The staff works as fast as they can, and from what I've seen, they're doing their best in a situation that's nearly impossible to keep up with. Instead of blaming them for running out of food, people should recognize just how busy this location gets and how hard the employees are working to serve everyone. Keep up the great work!
