The food quality at this store is really good for fast-food but the drive-thru is agonizingly slow.

Tabi is always kind and friendly every time I visit. Today she was training a new hire and she was very kind. Always a great experience. Food is always hot and fresh!

I recently visited Arby's and had a pretty disappointing experience overall. When I walked inside, there was a noticeable smell of marijuana, which made the environment feel very unprofessional and uncomfortable. This wasn’t the first time either. About a week earlier, I went through the drive-thru, and it smelled like it was coming from the employee serving at the window. I didn’t catch his name, but it was concerning enough that I almost didn’t come back. The only reason I decided to give this location another chance was because of two employees who were incredibly kind to me and my church group during a previous visit. I remember one of their names started with a “T,” that i saw a glimps of her name tag and the other had red hair making the food. They were respectful, friendly, and honestly the only bright spot in my experience. Because of them, I might consider coming back with my church group—but if I notice those smells again, I’ll likely stop coming altogether. I hope management addresses this, because it really impacts the experience. It’s very unusual and concerning when a church clergy team feels the need to leave reviews like this that require attention and correction. Situations like this should not be happening in the first place.
