  Arby's did NOT have the meats today nor the Customer Service. I normally do not leave bad reviews honestly....but Im sorry this time the experience was so horrible I can't get it off my mind. It was my husband and I and our two younger girls. We ordered 2 kids tender meals with crinkle fries and apple juice. I got the #1 classic roast beef n Cheddar with curly fry and an XL Strawberry Lemonade (because honestly that's what I came for! 😆) and he got a #1 double with curly fries and a sprite. Pull up to window where they proceed to tell us they don't have enough roast beef to make a double and said they could only do 2 classics.. fine ok. Then they read back our order and they missed the 2nd children's meal. So they say ok and "fixed" it asked if we needed any sauce we said arby sauce. They said they would need to cook more chicken because they only had the one for the first kids menu.. Total time we waited for our food at the window was at least 15 minutes when they come back and apologized for the wait and said they were doubling everything for free food wise. Handed our bags and we left. We got down the road and parked to pass out food and there was one kids meal with an extra fry... and their fries were curly fries which my 3 yr old won't eat (hence the order of crinkle cut), 2 classic Beef n Cheddars no arby sauce included 😕 and 2 curly fries that were overcooked. The strawberry lemonade was very disappointing had too much syrup and his sprite was straight CO2. The only "extras" we got were 1 kids curly fry which was wrong and technically wasnt extra since we ordered two to begin with, and a whole stack of napkins. Im not saying this Arby's is always so crappy I've been there before with amazing service. But this experience has me really questioning going back.
