- ARAmanda ReedJul 27, 20262.0Ordered a chicken garlic with pesto. The pesto is never on the pizza when we go to pick it up. This is the 3rd time and to top it, they didn't remove the item I had ordered that they were out of from my payment. Crazy to have to pay for literally nothing.

There were 6 of us and all ordered. 3 of them ordered mini pizzas, 1 didn't order and 2 of us ordered the wing box with fries. 2 mini pizzas were delivered correctly and the 2 wing boxes weren't served with fries. How can you screw up an order that bad Not to mention it took 35 to 40 minutes to get our food that wasn't even correct. Keep in mind us 6 were the only ones there Never again will I go there.

Spoke to a foreigner and they transferred me to store where I listened to advertising for over 5 min, finally hung up. Head to store, claimed it was just delivered at almost 7:30!! Ask the staff about food being cold and stale. Came home, yep it was delivered. Not able to eat, fried were so cold and stale. Worst meal ever from pizza hut, im old and have eaten pizza hut all my life!! The 15 min drive to bellevue will definitely be worth eating fresh food. ONE EXAMPLE WHY PPL DONT TIP..which i did

We waited approximately 30 minutes to get our food and when we received it both sandwiches were cold. The women's restroom didn't have toilet paper and when I tried to talk to the manager at the register she walked away. Our waiter acted like he didn't care that we was unhappy.
