  I already sent a message through the Pizza Hut app and have not heard anything back. We will not be eating at Pizza Hut again. 😡 We usually order through the app for carryout without any issues, but this time we dined in. When we arrived, the dining room was empty. The waiter, Todd, took our order without writing anything down. I ordered a large Pan Meat Lover’s pizza with no beef due to an allergy, along with two Pepsis. ​10 minutes later, Todd returned to ask if I had said no ham. I corrected him and stated no beef. I'm allergic to beef. 10 minutes after that, he returned and said they were restarting the pizza because it was made with no ham. I told him again: no beef, I am allergic. I asked for the pizza to be placed in a to-go box. ​20 minutes later he gave us the pizza and the $30 bill. We drove back to Farmington, ate dinner, and I became severely sick shortly after and was sick all night. ​This entire situation was caused by a server failing to write down a basic order modification. Why don't servers write orders down?! It sucks enough having food allergies

  Very expensive . Especially their chicken wings are ridiculously overpriced. Other than that, not bad.

  The crust edge is getting wider with less content in the middle. It is still better than the other chains.
