  I stopped at this McDonald’s drive-thru just trying to grab a drink after a long day. When the employee asked what I wanted, I answered with the drink first and was waiting literally a second to say the size because I didn’t want to interrupt him while he was still talking. Instead, he immediately started talking to someone else over the headset, complaining about how he’s “tired of customers never saying the size right away.” The problem is… customers can hear you. And the way he said it was extremely rude and disrespectful. I even responded and said I was going to say the size, I was just waiting for him to finish speaking. At that point I just drove away because the attitude was ridiculous over something so minor. If taking a simple drink order without mocking customers is too frustrating, maybe customer service isn’t the right position for him. Employees representing the store shouldn’t be openly complaining about customers over the headset for trying to be polite. Completely unprofessional experience. But just maybe this is the best job he could keep.

  One of the managers was really rude. We were getting food, didn’t care if it was lunch or breakfast. Rudely said, “You got five minutes order what you want fast for breakfast.” We still got the food yes. But it was a very rude tone. On top of that, the left side of the drink station thing isn’t cleaned properly. The dr.Pepper tasted odd. I got a new drink but you need to clean your drink station otherwise you can get someone sick!

  Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes got cold fries and big Mac burger was burnt and cold. Waste of my money and time. Horrible service

  Went for breakfast 2 days in a row was gana order a worker's kid is sleeping in the lobby laying down on the bench by the kiosk meanwhile there is customer's eating and having coffee that's we're i sit if it's not to busy I don't think I will be back

  I regret it EVERY DANG TIME I try and grab a quick bite 😮‍💨slow..which wouldn't be so awful if they weren't so rude and irritated with your existence 😒
