    I ordered a shake and it is not mixed and super thick, no straw was given and I couldn’t even use it because the shake is way too thick and is practically a malt and I ordered a shake not a malt. My slushy I also ordered was very runny and not slushy like at all it came out super separated from the actual slush part and juice part which is disappointing because I drank all the juice and now left with just the slush even after studying it numerous times. Also when ordering the food they kept acting like they couldn’t hear us and we had to go to the window to finish our order. The employees gave us a mean stare and glance when they came to the window and didn’t seem happy to serve us. The chicken tenders we ordered on the mix and match were barely warm, and they acted like they couldn’t give us them at the drive through speaker when we tried to order and so we went to the window instead. Overall it was a horrible experience and wished we went somewhere else instead.

    I’ve never tried their food but ice cream I absolutely love. Drive thru service was pretty quick no issues.

    They have repeatedly closed at 8:45 or 8:50 despite claiming to be open to 9:00pm. Also the workers their are often rude and rolling their eyes, almost acting as if they are annoyed that they have to help you.

    Walked in Jen the manager gave me attitude when she asked what I wanted asked her if she wants to take my order she said I guess so gave her my order demanded the other nice woman to finish cause now Jen the manager is upset she had to cook walked to the back did not ask if I wanted it to go or nothing just attitude from the beginning to the end and she’s a manager of all things if you have management like that no wonder the store barley has anyone coming in………. Just tossed my food in the box as well……
