  50 min wait for a pizza is pretty unacceptable. Nice to know they have enough time to talk trash about coworkers and customers though. Loud enough for me to hear way back by the door. Would not recommend this pizza hut.

  If i could give this place a 0 I would. My food along with everyone else who was waiting was exceptionally late. Staff was too busy talking crap about customers and their coworkers (loud enough for me to hear them) to focus on their jobs apparently as they forgot one ladies pepperoni on her pizza after she waited for a long time then had the audacity to ask her to wait again for a remake which she rightfully declined. Our food was okay. Tried to be understanding but when every single customer there is upset with you its probably an issue internally. Its pizza not rocket science please figure it out.

  I'd like to start out by saying I am a restaurant owner so I have experience in knowing how a restaurant should be run. With that being said....I was immediately disappointed the second we walked in the door. We came in at 10:59 am. We were greeted by the waitress saying we were too early and would have to wait til she was finished eating her breakfast. She told us to just sit anywhere. Finding a clean table was not easy. We noticed the floor was dirty as well. When she finally came to our table, she said we were there earlier than she was even supposed to be. She asked what we wanted to drink and if we wanted any appetizers before we even had a chance to look at a menu. My husband ordered an Iced Tea and I ordered a Diet Pepsi. There was very little ice in our drinks. Mine tasted like bottled pop that had gone flat and was watered down (and we know that was not because of the ice). We ordered garlic cheese bread and a small meat lovers pizza. She then told us the meat lovers only comes on thin crust. WHAT? This is a pizza place right? Since when do you not get to choose your favorite crust? But when the food came we understood...The bread was obviously that frozen bread you can get at any grocery store. But it did look like they put extra cheese on it so at least they tried. The pizza tasted very familiar...as in frozen pizza I buy for home. I won't say the exact brand but I'm pretty sure I have made that exact pizza in my own oven. Anyway, total waste of time and money. We will never go back. Why would we go somewhere we are treated as a burden to eat food we can get cheaper at a grocery store.
