It was apparent that folks in front of us in line were regular clients who were super friendly and familiar with the staff. It smelled so good in there that we decided to get a breakfast sandwich each and wait for the pub next door to open. We were both very pleased with our breakfast sandwiches. If ever again we are in Dubuque, we will definitely come back. *Edited* I originally typed Davenport instead of Dubuque... corrected that.
