  I was babysitting and got the house number twisted around when I placed the online order. I was able to call the store and explain to correct the address. The customer agent was very nice and was able to fix the issue. The pizza got to us faster then I thought it would be and the kids liked the stuffed crust.

  I ordered some pizzas for carry out here because my wife wanted their breadsticks. I hadn’t had Pizza Hut in years but was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. They ran out of large pan crusts and I got two mediums instead for no extra charge. Great experience all around

  Ordered a large pizza for delivery. Never seen it. Called in and they said DoorDash picked it up. 45 minutes later they said door dash had a flat tire. Pizza Hut said they would be make another one but it would be a hour and a half. Had lots of pizzas before our order. They didn’t care or try to make it right. This is not the first time we haven’t gotten our order! Bring the real Pizza Hut back.

  Second time ordering pizza from here. First time was amazing. 3 topping pan pizza. Perfect crust and get topping ratio. Last night, crust was a little underdone and toppings were a lil sparse. Lots of one and minimal of the other two. Easy to order and quick to pick up. Will eat there again even if it wasn't perfect this last time.

  Came in for a DoorDash order and the lady that the order was for called pizza hut and asked what was taking long and I get there for the order which they told me she called. I take the order messaged the customer that I would be there shortly I then called when I get there and text her also waited a solid almost 10mins contacted door dash they had me bring back the order which I told the 2 guys that she didn’t answer her phone or the door and then they say she called again but she could not respond my calls or texts when I was there. I returned the pizzas for them just to put it in the warmer for what I’m assuming another dasher would get meaning they’ll take the fault if the pizzas not up to par which is why I refused to take it back which they asked if I wanted to an I said no they couldn’t even compensate at all luckily DoorDash cares about their drivers unlike pizza and DoorDash still paid me 5.25 which is nice so yea I would highly not recommend this Pizza Hut anytime I’ve ordered here personally they mess up your order or take a half or better every time even when they’re are not busy.
