- EKErich Keller4 days ago1.0Used the drive thru and they forgot items. I'd normally say it's because they are busy but I was the only one in the drive thru and from what I could see through the pick up window there wasn't anyone placing an order at the counter. But yet they forgot 1 food item and all of the sauces that I ordered. Before this, they charged me for sauces that I didn't want and they said that they weren't charging me and I figured they fixed it as I was pulling up to the window, but when I got the reciept it showed that they charged me. The service isn't the greatest, in my opinion.

Wouldn’t tell me the price of my meal or to even pull around, I wasn’t even gonna complain but then I came to the second window and the girl said nothing to be at all and gave me the wrong drinks I was nice and just told her they were the wrong drinks and kept giving me nasty looks and giggling with the other coworkers and then on top of it forgot to give me a chocolate milk for the happy meal so I had to drive all the way back and she was incredibly rude said nothing not even sorry and just nasty looks I will never go back and I honestly hope you guys start taking peoples reviews more serious because this isn’t the first time with me and according to the other reviews it’s not the first time for them either I will not be returning especially to this location!
