  We always order Jimmy John's for our staff meetings. Due to some last minute schedule changes, our staff meeting was unexpectedly rescheduled to tomorrow late this afternoon. When I called, the manager was able to look up our account and repeat last month's order (I don't usually place the the food order and didn't know what everyone usually gets). I am deeply grateful for your help and your exceptional service. Thank you!!

  Wife and I ordered for pickup on the way home from a trip, walked in, 3 guys playing really loud rock music. Guy barely acknowledged me. No other orders on the line besides ours and still managed to get it wrong. I got an unwich and asked for no lettuce on the inside because lettuce wrap with shredded lettuce is just way too much, and still ended up having both. Also asked for extra mayo and had barely any. My wife asked to have hers cut in half and it was still whole. Obviously these aren’t the end of the world but when we are the only order it’s frustrating to have multiple mess-ups on the food you pay for.

  Went there as a place to eat in. The music was deafening. Thankfully my thoughts are nothing special as I couldn’t hear them above the radio. There are lots of other options to eat in within a single block; we’ll go somewhere else next time where we can actually have a conversation.

  Not so freaky fast. Hardly ever gets the order correct. They say the put a credits on your account but they don't.
