  I haven't been to a Houlihans in years so I was happy to find this one in Iowa. We had great service. I am a very picky eating so when I saw a Salmon BLT o the mdnu, I was extatic. It was awesome! Paired well with broccoli. My hubby said his cheeseburger was good as well. I hope the BLT stays on the menu.

  Have not been to a Houlahan in a very long time and this place is very good! I’ve had several different dishes and planned to go back to try others so far everything’s been great.

  Ate there last night. Had a strawberry margarita and it was so sour I couldn’t drink it. Waiter had a cocky attitude. We both ordered the Mushroom and Swiss and we both were sick the next day. Never again….

  My family wanted to celebrate Friday evening at Houlihans. We arrived through the hotel. Made our way to the front and were seated. I’d say the restaurant was moderately busy. We sat and waited. Eight minutes had passed, and two other gentlemen were seated right behind us. The guys (who had arrived after us) had hardly made contact with the seats when a waitress had asked them their drink order. We waited another sevenish minutes, and had Houlihan staff walk past our table multiple times. Nobody even said “hello” or asked what we wanted to drink. It had been fifteen minutes since we were seated, without interaction with any staff. Finally we decided to leave. Upon leaving my father-in-law told the host about our experience. The host replied with “uhhh.” I am embarrassed for houlihans. If I could give zero stars, I would.
