  I visited Dunkin' today and had a very enjoyable experience. I ordered a banana cream iced coffee for my fiancée, along with a peach and raspberry zero-sugar beverage for myself. Both drinks were refreshing and well-made. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. I highly recommend this location—especially the banana iced coffee, which my fiancée thoroughly enjoyed.

  I went to this location and got a frozen hot chocolate. There were chunks of ice that didn't get blended and kept getting stuck in my straw. They also never have anyone at the register, so we had to wait five minutes, despite there being employees doing nothing.

  Went this morning to get my kids donuts for breakfast. I also ordered a water for my oldest daughter. My daughter drank some of the water and then told me there was something in the water. There were multiple little black floaties in the water. If the water they provide us is not clean I don't even wanna know what the kitchen looks like.

  Me and my partner tried to get breakfast here and the employees working the drive thru were incredibly rude. They not only missed my partners food in the order and made us wait in the drive through for upwards of 10 minutes while they just talked and argued to each other the whole time, then, instead of being polite and correcting our order, the one blonde girl said "what are they still doing here?" In a disgustingly rude tone. Has customer service been forgotten?? Do we no longer treat customers with respect especially when we're at fault? We will never be coming back, the food was trash, service was trash, the employees should be ashamed.

  I stopped here to grab something quick to eat. My boyfriend got a $6 meal deal and I got a refresher and a croissant sandwich. While waiting for our food we kept hearing the manager complaining and sounding annoyed with the staff. After waiting for a while my boyfriend got his $6 meal deal but there wasn’t a croissant sandwich. So we waited for like 10 more minutes, after that one of the workers said in a rude tone that they gave us our food and didn’t know what we were waiting for. I came to find out that apparently the croissant sandwich was never put on the order ticket. The drinks we got were good but the food and service wasn’t great. I honestly won’t be coming here again.
