  Upon pulling up to the drive through menu, the automated “hi welcome to…” started it only got that far when a very moody voice says “go ahead with your order”. Like super rude for reason, and then when my fiance said “um we just pulled up we need just a second,” she says “ok”. Then we were ready in 2 minutes and she said we had to wait, even though she literally just barked at us to have our order. Customer service was less than exemplary.

  We were the only people in line and to wait 15 minutes and when we got our food the fries were ice cold. And for how much they increased their prices this is unacceptable

  Came in to pick up an order the heavier set woman had poor customer service attitude like she didn’t wanna be there need to fix attitude or quit and get a different job customers shouldn’t have to experience someone’s attitude

  Food was not very warm, upon arriving home noticed I did not receive dip for the chicken strips. Also partially my fault but they did not give me my drink, just handed me my blizzard and said have a nice day. And eagles away do it made me think my order was complete. Not worth complaing because I live to far out to go back to get my order fixed. Highly recommend checking food temp and prefer before leaving this location. Disappointed 😞

  Came on Saturday night at 6:15. Lobby was full of people, but doors locked. No one on the inside would let us in. Told only drive through was open. Drive through slower than molasses. Lost a paying customer. Don’t recommend.
