  They ALWAYS have great food and the service is wonderful. They handle the crowd at the drive-thru very efficiently.

  Tried to order food in the lobby at 9 pm on 04/19/2026. Doors were locked and a worker came up and asked if we had a pickup, we said no. He said the lobby was closed and we had to order through drive thru. Didn’t give us any explanation why even though there were people in the restaurant eating. Never going back. Terrible service.

  Jean-Paul? I believe is the owner… it and he provided absolutely Grade A Quality Customer Service and what you hope for from a professional/business owner. I had never been to a Chick-fil-A before, but as a huge Dubuque Fighting Saints fan, I know the franchise sponsor the team. Now, not only did the order for the kids come out perfectly, even while super busy, but later on I received a call from the owner after a survey. This man was absolutely genuine. Kind, respectful, enthusiastic, and of course later on I run in to him serving at the hockey games! The owner… being ever so genuine and true to his nature (I can read fake people, 20+ years of experience in numerous business realms where people are… disingenuous) was just that kind and good of a man. Excited to work a side event instead of just pawning it off on his employees to handle it. Real. The restaurant was clean and the staff was admittedly working hard, but I had a vibe that you don’t really see in fast food. “This isn’t so bad, I can handle this!” If you have served people in that industry, you know the opposite feeling many of us had. Didn’t get that vibe from the crew. At all. I was going to try to take the dad tax on the chicken and fries, but the kids ate it so quickly (in store to-go order), I never had a chance. It was apparently good… I should have ordered something for myself. It was fast service, the staff was great, and for the owner to reach out with the most respectful of customer relations was refreshing. I hope corporate reads this, as I am aware of how particular they are as to whom they will allow to franchise out to. Very you pleased with pretty much everything. My only issue is my location, but I don’t mind the drive for this level of true service and respect.
