- RERyan EarlFeb 14, 20261.0Based on our experience: Does not fulfill pre-ordered, prepaid Ice Cream orders and will charge you more to get the same amount of Ice cream from the tub. Will not notify you at all, so you drive there to be stuck between getting something you didn't pay for or going home with nothing to disappoint your family. Managers aren't properly trained to deal with customer escalations and at no point offered partial solutions like discounts to mitigate ridiculous upcharge. Feels like the company wants to drag you into the store with special flavors they won't stock, just to get out the old and put the rest of us in an impossible position. And for Valentine's day, no less. What a way to ruin someone's day this really meant a lot to. Why would you have a pre-order system that TAKES your money if you CAN'T actually give then what they paid for? Feels really unethical. What's the point of gifts and putting in thought ahead of time if you guys can't even scoop up a quart of Ice Cream without unchanging your customers when you couldn't keep better track of orders? And the way I got gaslit when I questioned it was wild. I don't understand it. Don't waste your time here or rely on them. You'll surely regret it.

First time trying them out in years (after a terrible Dunkin experience here), and stopping by a little after noon (over 2 hours before close), and practically nothing is working or in stock. We had previously checked the app to see what we might want before visiting, but from ice cream to toppings to drink ingredients they were either out or with broken machines. We went through four different items before we just gave up and left.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
