    Food was good as always but the guy taking the orders was very rude while we were ordering, we just about left. Have no idea what his name is because the name on the reciept said the order person. When we got to the windows he kept side eyeing us he knew how rude he was being and the woman with him knew it too, she looked a little embarrassed. There was three cars behind us and you could hear him being rude to them as well. I love Arby's!!! Dubuque is the only place we go that has one, but I think we will find another place to go. It is nonsense to go to a fast food restaurant to be treated like crap. Especially if it is going to cost me 30.00 for two meals. I am guessing he was between 40 to 50 years old. Probably shouldn't be work this type of job if he is going to be that rude.

    Deluxe Fish was good. Not as big a sandwich as I've purchased this season at other Arby location. Tasted good.

    I came thru drive through was having a great day until the cashier taking the order sounded like she didn’t even wanna be at work everything was good until I got to the drinks and when I said I would like another the same lemonade she then proceeded to say oh well that only comes in a small or large and I said but didn’t you just ask me if that was all and I asked for a medium in the first place of the market lemonade which I don’t think I got I noticed the attitude start to get worse so I stated you just earned a one star as I pulled around I heard the manager say something on the intercom I get to the window give him my card to pay the way he gave me my drinks instead of letting me take the drink out of his hand he nudges it to me like he would’ve threw it if I didn’t grab it in time so I said something about it and how rude that was when I went to get the card he did the same thing causing my card to drop outside the car I said are you serious as I got out an picked it up so you just gonna throw it at me asked for the store manager he said I’m him so I proceeded to ask for names as they were not wearing any name tags which is points off in a rev visit he said we don’t have to give you that info I asked for the district manager name and number same thing he said nope I said so yall got attitudes why you working here they proceeded to say I had the attitude having a bad day everything was great until I came here everyone on that shift around 1:48 needs to be fired I’ve managed restaurants in my day I’m really good at it and I would’ve handled that way different he needs a class on how to manage conflict and confrontation I will be back to find out the district manager info because he/she needs better workers but to argue with the customer when i am addressing a problem is very unprofessional and I demand this be looked into. And to say I dropped my card I never do never have to get out my car to pick it up I would greatly appreciate if the district manager could reach out to me about this incident also the younger guy seemed like he wanted to fight me when I was asking for the district manager number
