  This location is awesome. Very clean and spacious. Food is amazing as always. The crew is wonderful. It's nice to see people working together as a team. The person in charge, Deb I think was her name, was very gracious and friendly. Cody was very friendly and told me about the free chips and queso for signing up on the app for reward. BONUS!!! apparently they had a power outage right before we arrived for dinner and the system was having issues but the team was handling it with grace and smiles. Apparently it was a neighborhood outage. Will definitely be back!! Can't wait for that chip and queso

  Why did I spend $6 on queso and chips to get 12 chips? Second time ordering here. First time, I had ordered a bowl, and, barely anything in the bowl and they forgot the queso 🙃 This location blows. I would rather drive through the extra 20 minutes of traffic to the one on Ingersoll.

  This Qdabos meal was absolutely delicious, along with being beautifully presented! Unlike the other Qdabos near the city of Des Moines, this Qdabos was amazing. Friendly service and food was amazing. We tried the other Qdabos the other day, and the service and food was so bad, I decided to throw away the food. Thankfully, I had a complete opposite experience with this Qdoba's, so thank you for changing my mind as an out of town friendly guest who just wanted a quick, easy meal!

  Let me start by saying in the battle of Chipotle vs. Qdoba, I have always been a staunch supporter of Qdoba. But after today, I’m very disappointed. I had to order triple meat to get a decent serving of protein. There was about 3/4 scoop of cholula chicken left and the server counted that as a full scoop so I asked for steak. She told me it was $3.95 more so I agreed and she proceeded to scoop 6 PIECES onto my bowl. I said, “C’mon! That’s what you’re giving me for $4?!” To which she replied, “That’s a full scoop” but thankfully added 3 more pieces. So I asked her to scoop some regular chicken on there as well and to my surprise, actually gave me a full scoop this time. She was ridiculously stingy with the rest of the ingredients as well, especially the fajitas, which I had to ask for more of twice and her attitude about it was less than cordial. Needless to say I won’t be coming back here to this location and will be taking my business over to the Chipotle whenever I’m in town.

  Came in Friday night, got a burrito to go… Obviously asked for chicken bc that’s what I always get. The young lady looked like she put a half a scoop of chicken on my burrito was hardly any… made a comment nicely “ Is that all you guys put?” Then Lucas must be the manager out of the blue goes “ We’re gonna have to charge you extra” absolutely disappointing. I’ll stick with chipotle down the road. Get it together I will say though everyone else was fantastic. $16.50 for a chicken burrito not cool guys!
